By purchasing from URBAN MAISONS, you agree to the following terms:

Product Variation

Natural materials such as wood and fabric may vary slightly in tone, grain, or texture. These are not considered defects.

Lead Time

Standard production time is 4-8 weeks. Custom or bulk orders may vary depending on complexity.

Delivery

  • We offer delivery within Malaysia and selected international destinations.
  • Delivery charges apply and will be confirmed upon order.
  • The remaining 10% is payable within 30 days from the date of delivery order signed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, cancellation fees may apply depending on the production status.

Warranty

Our products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse, neglect, or commercial wear-and-tear are not covered.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on our website are the property of URBAN MAISONS and may not be reproduced without permission.
