Urban Maisons is built on a foundation of experience that began in 2009, when Mr. Fayaz first entered the furniture manufacturing industry. Through years of hands-on production and international client work, he developed deep expertise in materials, craftsmanship, and functional design.
After serving clients across global markets and closely observing how products perform over time, he formed a more purposeful vision — to create something that goes beyond furniture alone. He set out to build a brand focused not only on present needs, but on long-term value for future generations and the wider community, with a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible materials.

In 2025, Urban Maisons was founded as a next-generation brand — created with intention, responsibility, and long-term thinking. The focus moved beyond production toward purpose: choosing sustainable resources, designing for longevity, and contributing positively to the community. Urban Maisons became the platform where experience meets environmental consciousness and future living.

Brand
Eco Urban Maisons products are designed in Malaysia and manufactured in Indonesia through skilled craftsmanship and controlled production processes. We work with responsibly sourced natural materials including solid wood, teak, engineered wood, natural stone, metal, and woven fibers to create durable, design-led furniture for commercial and residential environments.
We supply furniture for projects, resorts, hotels, restaurants, and large developments, supported by complete door-to-door delivery and coordinated logistics. Our handling and project support teams operate across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India to ensure smooth execution from production through final placement. Our head office is based in Malaysia, overseeing design direction and regional operations.
We also offer white label production for partners and brands, providing flexible manufacturing capabilities, material customization, and consistent quality standards.
