- When we complete your original order, we log every item’s design, frame finish, fabric/weave code, and dimensions against a unique reference code.
- That code is kept on file for your property indefinitely — your team doesn’t need to track spec sheets internally.
- If a single lounger, chair, or cushion is damaged — guest incident, wear, or weather — your team just quotes the reference code in a PO.
- We produce and ship that exact single piece, matched precisely to what’s already on your property — no reordering a full set, no mismatched replacements.

Standard lead time is 6–10 weeks from order confirmation, depending on quantity and customisation. Payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
