At Urban Maison's, we believe sustainability starts with long-lasting design. Each piece we create is backed by our commitment to quality, integrity, and responsible craftsmanship.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all furniture, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. All repairs under this warranty will be handled by our authorized service team, and we will cover the cost of labor, and materials for any eligible claims.

What is covered?

  • Defects in material or workmanship that impair the function or structural integrity of the product.
  • Warranty service must be carried out at our certified facility or partner locations.

What is not covered?

  • Natural aging and wear from everyday use.
  • Improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Account Manager

1st point of contact -- collects details, documents the issue, and initiates resolution. (1-3 days)

Project Manager

If unresolved, the case is escalated for technical assessment and warranty validation. (3-5 days)

Director

For exceptional cases or unresolved concerns, final review and resolution authority. (7-10 days)
