Across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India, Urban Maisons manages the entire logistics chain ourselves — factory floor to restaurant floor, including on-site unpacking, assembly, and installation. Outside those four countries, we still build and export full restaurant fit-out packages — furniture and decor — to any country in the world, with logistics handled through to container clearance and door-to-door container delivery available on request.

What restaurant furniture can you manufacture?
Dining chairs, dining tables, booth seating, bar chairs, bar tables, lounge seating, and outdoor and alfresco furniture — all built in-house at our own factory in Indonesia.
What’s the difference between quick-ship and custom orders?
Quick-ship pieces are pre-designed and built for fast turnaround, ideal for a fixed opening date. Custom orders are built from your sketch, mood board, or reference photo with full control over fabric, finish, and dimensions, with a standard 6 to 10 week production lead time.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We work with both single-outlet orders and multi-property rollouts. There is no strict minimum, though a physical sample is recommended once an order passes roughly 20 units.
Is there an extra cost for choosing a different finish or colour?
No. Standard line wood stains, fabric colours, powder coat colours, and wicker or rope colours are included at no extra cost.
Do you handle delivery and installation, or just shipping?
Within Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India, we handle the full logistics chain ourselves, door to door, including on-site unpacking, assembly, and placement. Outside those four countries, we export the same furniture worldwide, with logistics handled through to container clearance.
Do you ship outside Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India?
Yes. We manufacture and export full restaurant fit-out packages — furniture and decor — to any country. Door-to-door container delivery is available on request; on-site installation is currently offered only within our four core markets.
What happens if a piece is damaged after delivery?
If a piece is damaged in transit, or mishandled after delivery, we will supply a replacement down to a single chair, with no minimum order required.
Which regions do you deliver to?
We offer full white-glove delivery and installation across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India, with a logistics and showroom hub in Selangor, Malaysia. Beyond those four countries, we export worldwide, with logistics managed through to container clearance.
What chair materials do you offer?
Solid teak, teak with rattan weave, genuine leather, synthetic (PU) leather, papercord and other handwoven materials, and fully upholstered options — across dining chairs and bar chairs alike.
Do you provide fabric or finish samples before ordering?
Yes, fabric swatches and finish samples can be sent before production, and a physical prototype is recommended for larger custom orders.
