Urban Maisons manufactures furniture for hospitality and residential projects from a single factory in Jepara, Central Java — the region Indonesia’s teak furniture trade has run through for generations. Nine ranges run out of that one factory: custom project furniture built to a designer’s drawing, full hotel FF&E and restaurant fit-outs, villa and Airbnb furnishing, weather-tested outdoor and poolside furniture, Balinese decor, minimalist teak doors, and white-label production for brands that want their own name on the piece.
Every order runs under SVLK / V-Legal and FLEGT certified timber sourcing, with white-glove delivery and installation across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and India, and container export to any other country through to clearance. Solid Wood, Indoor & Outdoor
Our primary structural material — SVLK-certified, kiln-dried to ≤12% moisture, and weather-tested for sustained sun and rain exposure.
Powder-Coated Metal Frame
For poolside, rooftop, and high-exposure areas where a lighter, fully weatherproof frame is the better fit. RAL colour-matched on request.
Natural Weave, Indoor Use
Hand-woven rattan and cane for dining, lounge, and bedroom furniture.
UV-Stabilized Weave, Outdoor Use
Holds colour and structure through direct sun and salt air, where natural rattan won’t.
Indoor & Outdoor-Rated Fabric
Includes recognised outdoor performance brands such as Sunbrella and Sunproof, plus any COM fabric you supply.
Solid Wood, Stone & Laminate
Solid teak planks, sintered stone, quartz, phenolic, and laminate tops, depending on the range and use case.
Stainless Steel Throughout
Every fitting and joint, indoor or outdoor, tested against corrosion and daily commercial use.
From Brief To Container
Brief & Specification
Your drawing, BOQ, or FF&E schedule becomes the working spec — items, quantities, materials, and finishes locked in from the start.
Drawings & Samples
Shop drawings and physical material samples go out for approval before anything is cut.
Prototype
A full sample piece is produced and reported on before mass production begins.
Production
Standard lead time is 6–10 weeks, scheduled against your opening or move-in date.
Delivery & Installation
White-glove within our four core markets; container export with logistics through to clearance everywhere else.
White-Glove — Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore & India
We manage the full logistics chain ourselves — customs, delivery, unpacking, and on-site installation — direct from our own factory, with a logistics and showroom hub in Selangor, Malaysia.
Worldwide — Container Export, Any Country
Outside those four markets, we still build and export complete furnishing packages. Logistics are handled through to container clearance, with door-to-door delivery available on request. See the import guide for how the process works end to end.

Is furniture built in-house, or sourced from other factories?
Built in-house. Every piece is manufactured at our own factory in Jepara, Central Java — no subcontracted workshops or third-party production between your order and the finished piece.
Do you offer custom and OEM or private-label manufacturing?
Yes, both. Custom pieces are built to a designer’s drawing or a client’s sketch. OEM and white-label production is built to your brand’s specification, with your name on the finished piece.
What regions do you deliver and export to?
Full white-glove delivery and installation across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and India. Outside those four countries, we export worldwide, with logistics handled through to container clearance.
What certifications does your timber carry?
SVLK / V-Legal and FLEGT certified timber, sourced through a Tree4Trees reforestation partnership.
